Perfect! I don’t really want to write any more than that to be honest. I want you to listen for yourself!
This is one of the best songs that I have heard in my life – forgiving a little section in the middle (2:45) that is.
From the very first second, I knew this was going to be special – the tone of that guitar! It was all a little “Lavender” actually and, we all know how big that song was.
When the vocal came in just after the half minute point, I was already sold but, had I been in any doubt, this just made me nail my approval all over this.
Musically, it was so stunning with a quiet energy and a real clarity to it. The rhythm section was exemplary, guitar playing superb with so much melody and the singing… WOW, it’s not often I get blown away by an artist/band but everything here is just bang on and I want to hear more!
