This has the sort of intro that warms my insides – Heavy , riffy magic.
I was a little disappointed when the vocal came in and the track slowed down, into a kind of Queensryche style vibe for the verse but the chorus more than made up for that with it’s return to some nice driving style riffage.
There’s a nice, emotive guitar solo, somem more chorus action before we are taken into a very gentle, melodic picking style guitar which leads us out to the end.
Well written, I thought there was an even balance with the instrumentation and the vocal and there wasn’t really anything that stood out for me as better than anything else.. everything was pretty well matched in that sense.
