This one was out the traps like a champion greyhound!
I loved that southern soaked vocal and the accompanying Frank Gibbons style guitar riff. This had my feet stomping so much and even my un-oiled hips were moving too.
A cracking song that was so energetic and upbeat. There was nothing new going on here – it was all in the execution. Some emotive guitar work, raw n raspy – and tuneful – singing all backed by a rhythm section that was absolutely solid and helped give the song that extra edge.
Top job and a “must listen” for any southern rockers!
