Probably the least Liverpool sounding band from Liverpool ever these guys. When the vocal came in, I couldn’t help but think that it was like Sting/The Police doing hard rock.

This is the fourth or fifth track I have listened to from their EP and as with all the others, there was such a clarity to the sound. So, I’ll tell you now, go and have a listen to the EP in it’s entirety, it is a cracking listen and is called Memories and Possibilities, oh… and there is a link below the scrolling banner 🙂

The song was driven by a strong bass line which, to me, seemed to lift the vocal somewhat. Around 2:25, it changed up a little and we were treated to a dance influenced drum beat which gave the track an added boost of energy taking us into a short lead break – I’d have liked this to have been longer being honest as, it sounded excellent in there but seemed to disappear faster than it came in. A testament to the band’s confidence in the track though that they did not feel it necessary to have a lingering instrumental break to maintain the listeners interest.

Star of the show for me on this one? The bass playing! Now, go get that EP!
