A rip roaring opening here and it just swaggered onwards with a blatant disregard for my aging hips haha!
A bluesy rock number with more than a nod to Mr Plant and the classic Zep sound. I have no issues with a band displaying where their influences lie and I often find it comforting – this is one of those times.
A charismatic vocal it is and it doesn’t fall into the usual Plantesque replication that results in a high pitched , almost whine-like style.
This performance is class. Solid rhythm, some real punch from the drums and a bassist that holds the line effortlessly. Guitar work was flawless and showcased a blend of true ability, style and composure.
I don’t know if it’s helped my plantar fasciitis but, it was one enjoyable ride.
