Immediately, this song had my attention.

A burst of energy from the first bar, solid rhythm and some nice melody.

The vocal came in, had a Bruce Springsteen feel about it BUT, I could make out every word and it was more melodic and tuneful (for me, anyway).

I thought it was so well composed, had an impressive blend of rockiness and very light country influences.

The vocal harmonies worked superbly and I was so into this track.

A very engaging piece and the singalongable element was in there too.
