From the very opening, as that vocal came in, this was clearly a song of a rather high standard.

I was impressed with the vocal tone and range but, also by the quality of delivery.

It was superbly written, well structured and I really got into this. I have to say that this is a touch more poppy than I’d normally go for, being honest, but, the writing, the playing, everything about it, deserves plaudits.

As it reached its climatic stage and the singing soared, I thought to myself that it was almost like an alt rock version of Lewis Capaldi here and that is a huge compliment in itself.

Top track and I reckon this deserves to be heard!
