A good wee classic rock inspired opening.
We have a solid wee riff which is so reminiscent of, well dozens of haard rock tracks over the years and I like the familiarity. The scene is set and, as the vocal comes in, I know I’m in for something special.
Here we have a singer who knows his craft with some really passionate delivery and a real quality of tone to their voice.
Some superb playing throughout here and the solo is absolutely drenched in emotion. All held together by a very tight, capable rhythm section.
This is vintage bluesy edged rock at its best.
