Well, this just had a strangely upbeat and happy vibe for a grungy track.

I thought the blend of the deep bass and heavy riff, alongside the bright melodic style of the singing worked superbly well. This was only further enhanced by the BVs which effortlessly added that extra dimension.

Playing wise, it was all tight but, for me, this was following a tried and tested format and it would be hard to go far wrong. BUT, admittedly, sometimes familiarity and keeping things simple works better than trying to be a fancy nancy and I reckon The Naked Sams have achieved the goal here.

An alt rock, grungy song that will appeal to the masses thanks to those poppy overtones. Yeah, I liked it!
