A rip roaring intro – it’s a bit of a battering ram this one!

A cracking 70s glam rock style beat and some intense riffage introduced us to this firecracker which, for me, had a bit of a Van Halen meets Giant feel about the guitar work as it was rather tasty indeed.

There was such a phenomenal energy about this and the only thing that let it down for me was the mix/production. It was quite heavy on the bass end which I liked but, by contrast, the vocals were a little low in the mix and quite high endy and that spoiled what was otherwise a beast of a track.

It still had enough going on to impress me and for me to put aside what I DIDN’T enjoy and focus more on what I did.

Think Mr Big’s Addicted To That Rush meets Giant’s Time To Burn and that is an indication as to the quality I thought this was.

Remix the vocals and it’s in my Top Ten of 2025!
