There is such a cracking melody in the intro I was intrigued straight away and wanted to hear more.
The melody came in, died away, the vocal came in, then it all joined together before we were even thirty seconds in.
I’ll be honest here, I don’t think that there was anything so spectacular about the song that made me go WOW but it was a pretty solid track, without feeling the need for any crazy time changes or mental vocals making an appearance.
The song ended the way it began, there were no twists or turns, no surprises or curve balls , just a melodic piece of metal with some solid playing, an infectious melody and the vocals were in very safe hands too. All in all a pretty good song.
