When the vocal came in, it wasn’t what I expected tbh. I was fully expecting it to be a female singer for some reason. So, thrown a little, I settled down to listen.

What an emotive track this really is. When the lead came in just before the minute and a half point, I could actually FEEL every note.

I did read the pitch that the band had sent with the track as I listened here and it just made it all so much more powerful. What a difficult song to write.

Composition, playing and production were all like pure silk and I fully appreciated the effect that the bridge had on the whole track. Stunning, just stunning.
