Well, the vocal here is an absolute winner for me.
As if it wasn’t good enough on its own, we have some top notch backing vocals and harmonies making an appearance. Couple that with some really fresh melodies from the keys and guitar and it’s all backed up by a very fine, solid rhythm section.
The guitar solo was so fluid and there’s even a wee the music box part right after it which I thought was a nice touch.
The entire track was phenomenal – not a word I use lightly – and it didn’t put a foot wrong anywhere. A well written, performed and beautifully produced piece of music.
Positive vibes and upbeat without being in your face with JUST the right amount of country twang for me.
