Now, I very nearly clicked a different button with the vocal as it opened as it just wasn’t to my taste..BUT, I am so glad the mouse glitched and wouldn’t move across the screen as, what followed made the hairs on my neck stand on end.
The tone that came through as the vocal changed style was immense. It got even BETTER as it developed a little gritiness and emotion and was the main thing in my ears for the most part.
I did become aware that I hadn’t really paid much attention to anything else in the song – Why was that? I took another pass at it and realised that it was because it was just so GOOD!
It had such an infectious bass line which was full of beastly tone, a cool vibe, loads of melody and the perfect compliment to the singing. All in all like a Muse and Royal Blood blend with their own stamp on things.
Awesome stuff and a cracking chorus to boot!
