I just LOVED the guitar tone in the intro here.

It wasn’t long til the vocal entered and, although quite thin, it had a haunting quality about it that kind of captured me from the first line.

The music was solid and I thought the drums had some actual passion within the playing too which, is hard to find sometimes.

As the song progressed, the singer seemed to grow a bit in confidence and there was a definite lift in the performance.

Cue a rather sweet guitar solo and I was sold on this one – solos seem to be a rare find a lot in modern music so it was nice to hear one that went on longer than ten seconds.

Awesome song, an enjoyable listen and I felt my journey was complete by the end.
