A nice bit of riffage Damn Yankees style to set us off, backed by some energetic drumming giving us a fast build into the first verse. The vocals are outstanding and really come to life in the chorus. There’s a stunning drum fill just before we hit two minutes, some nice little harmonics and then we’re launched into a blistering solo (It gets a little crazy actually but it still works). The chorus returns in a seamless flow and we are again treated to that immense vocal delivery awhich ends in a kind of Eric Martin trademark crescendo which, if I’m honest, I’d have ended the song here – ALWAYS end on a high! This is the kind of music that makes my soul happy.
