Such an authentic sounding, classic tone and it almost sounds as if this was recorded in 1981. Some quality riffage, the drums were absolutely awesome and really helped set the whole mood. I thought the vocals were outstanding, especially in the choruses, and there were some good harmonies in there as well. I’ll be honest though, at times I wasn’t keen on the effect on there as it had a tendency to become a little echoey BUT, the tone was really good and had a nice edge, with just the right amount of rasp and put me in mind of Sandi Saraya (one of my favourite singers of the late 80s, early 90s). All in all, it’s an excellent track. Style wise, think Led Zeppelin meets Rival Sons.
