After a pop-edged opening, we had a quick build around the 30-35 second mark and it quickly developed into a kind of Bon Jovi, Robin Beck type song with such a vibey riff and the vocal had a real edge to it. I really liked it around 2:20 when it took a little breakdown, we had a wee “plinky” bass line along with a slowed down rhythm and singing, a little lead break and then the vocals took it up a notch and the energy broke loose a bit. My favourite section was probably from just before the three minute point and we really felt that “Livin On A Prayer” undertone. An excellent late 80s classic pop rocker that would have been everywhere had it been released then – IMO :-).
