Such a hot track this. I thought the soft start was very effective with the laid back, husky vocal. The singer really shows what he can do as it hits the ninety second mark though, just before it launces into the chorus. It’s a solid straight ahead rocker with a little grunge edge, banging riffage and a really tight rhythm unit. What I liked most though was that there was no fancy pants stuff, which is missed a lot in today’s music as everyone wants to be “different” or “original” so it is refreshing to see that there are bands out there still that appreciate the need for simply writing and recording good tunes. An absolutely cracker of a song and stunningly produced too. Which, is of little surprise as it had Erik Ron (Godsmack, Blessthefall, New Years Day, Panic at the Disco) at the helm.
