What a vibe! It’s a while since I last heard Glass Mansions but, I’m happy to have my eardrums pleasured once again.

The electronic beat wouldn’t normally be something I’d welcome with open arms but, there was so much goodness in this song that it just worked together.

It had an almost hiphop like beat but that, coupled with the riffy magic, created such a groove here.

Star of the show for me, unsurprisingly, was the singing. The voice was confident, melodic, had some real character about it and matched the mood of the music perfectly.

Violet was kind of the gift that kept giving as it took me on a journey, got my blood pumping, feet thumping and was a real mood lifting experience.

Tight solid playing, well produced and yeah, this definitely ticked my boxes!
