As it came in, I thought… this isn’t for me BUT… the voice just had a haunting quality about it and I stuck around.

We were a minute in before my faith started to pay off. It began to lift in energy – still a bit of a poppy Duran Duran style energy right enough but, then… two minutes in it all blasted open, cool rock vibes ensued and I had become hooked in without realising it.

The chorus was really powerful, assisted by that heavy drum beat and resonating bass and certainly the highlight of the song for me.

It all ended very tastefully with some well chosen notes on the piano and, I must say, I enjoyed this WAY more than I thought I was going to.
