This put me in mind of Bread and, also The Verve Pipe, who the band mention as an influence. I thought that the vocal was pretty flawless throughout and had a nice earthy tone to it. The build of the music and its delivery on the lead up to the chorus pulled me in every time and, although it was a little more “easy listening” than my usual tastes, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
