This opens up a little on the fuzzy side and, at that point, I wasn’t holding out much hope .. BUT… how wrong was I?

 

This is a little juggernaught of a song that just batters its way into your affections with an energy and attitude that any punk band would be proud of.

 

Now, I know this isn’t a punk band BUT, there are definitely some influences in here. We hit around three minutes in and get taken to a breakdown that nicely shows a gentler side to the vocalist before being led into a rip-roaring guitar solo and then we’re back to that relentless rhythm.

 

I still thought the sound was a tad fuzzy and would have preferred less of that but the singing was superb, playing fast n furious and the rhythm so tight that it was impossible NOT to enjoy this.
