I normally have a strong dislike for nah, nah, nah type vocals but, for some reason, this one appealed to me.
It may have had a lot to do with the happy vibe it had about it, something that music – and life- is lacking right now.
Full on energy, absolutely flawless vocal and some mighty fine guitar playing. I thought the guy in the video looked a bit like Steve Stevens .. and… there he was!
Under utilized in this case maybe?
I think so BUT… what we ended up with was a sturdy rock n roll track with a nice catchy chorus and one of the most consistent vocal performances that I have heard of late.
