Well, that opening lick just grabbed my attention right away.
Such an amazing groove in that riff with that blues tinged rocking vibiness, it just gave the song an immediate energy.
Vocally, it was pretty awesome and had it all. Range, tone and class. It was never pitchy and reminded me a lot of Roger Taylor actually (he may be Queen’ drummer but is one of my favourite singers of all time). Absolute top notch stuff.
The song never let up and it was over before I knew it. Thoroughly enjoyable and what a guitar tone!
