Nice intro… and WHAT a voice.. especially when that gritiness shines through.
It is full-on energy from the first burst and I reckon if I drove the car whilst playing this, I’d get a speeding fine!
It’s not doing anything new but it IS exciting.
As if it wasn’t hot enough, I felt the track take a little lift around 35 seconds and it just got even better.
A pretty solid rhythm section gave the track the perfect backbone and allowed the guitars to wail a bit and we had a bit of a blistering solo around two minutes.
There was some excellent playing, storming vocals and a chorus that very much ticked my “catchy” box.
