The first fifteen seconds weren’t setting this up to be something I was going to like – or so I thought!
Then, things ramped up and got heavy. There was a nice blend of heavy riffage and a sort of Ville Valo style vocal, but it was enhanced all the more when the BVs entered and I thought this was sounding pretty special.
The choral harmony was just stunning and, when it was time for the guitar solo, it slid in there from out of nowhere, took us on a quick emotive journey and then dropped, seamlessly again, back to the chorus which, this time was accompanied by a nice rumble from the bass.
A melody packed, pretty awesome track this and Ireally enjoyed it.
