Now, I was almost put off by the song’s opening which sounded as if someone had left their phone in their pocket switched on while they walked about haha… When the actual music started though, I was like… well, this is alright.
It wasn’t setting me on fire though at this stage… yet!
THEN.. 1:14 we have a wake up call from the vocals and things take a turn for the better. It put me very much in mind of Oni Logan from Lynch Mob at this point and, when we hit the chorus, it was VERY like their track Sweet Sister Mercy in the melody.
Early fears were wiped out and I found myself embedded in this song until right through to the end.
Amazing energy, kick-ass playing, top drawer solo and some really nice punchiness from the drums.
