Revolution has all the hallmarks of a hit (or it would have had in 1987).
From the very first beat of a drum and the riff hitting, to the vocal bursting into my speakers… THAT is how you open a song!
Solid riffage, well timed rhythm section, insane melodies and a flawless vocal that brought everything together to create a melodic rock masterpiece.
Add on that guitar solo and the drumming that took us into that final chorus and I am a VERY happy listener!
