Now, as this came through my monitirs, that rhythm had me on the hook right away.

A bit of a southern rock/bluesy vibe about it and it just spoke to me. I got sucked into the beat, the riff smacked me in the face and my feet were put to work on the laminate, pounding in time as the vocal came in and subtley demanded attention.

The lead vocal was impressive in tone with a slight rasp to it but it was steeped in melodic goodness and enhanced further as the BVs made their presence felt.

Solid guitar work, tight playing everywhere else and I thoroughly enjoyed this song.
