With the opening strumming, I reckoned this might just be another grunge infused rock song.
By the time the first chorus came in though, I was won over as the vocal really came to show its prowess. What a tone!
The stunning character of the voice, married with the guitar work just hit the right mark. Overall, the playing was solid and the drumming was spot on.
The voice reminded me a lot of Zucchero actually.. just that smooth, soul-filled gritiness. I’ll tell you, this was so good I had no idea it went on for five and a half minutes… Great job!
